Donald Trump's new Cities in America will be magnificent like these once great Cities. It's all about the right people.
Raze the cities to the ground, build them from scratch, and Let Them be Trumps
I like the sound of that
You lead by example. You start a City with a core of excellent people. All these people own a share of the City's brand. Then as the City expands, you seek out the people you need to grow the City. Tourism will bring in loads of money. Imagine a new City without any crime and low costs due to the lack of overhead from bad Government.
