We, The United States of America, have declared FEMA Personnel engaged in obstructing local rescue efforts in the area impacted by Hurricane Helene to be "Enemies of the State". This has specific meaning in law and makes obstruction and failure to assist a capital crime.

All public employees and subcontractors of government at all levels are required to render all assistance possible. If the FEMA Personnel offer any further obstruction or fail to immediately assist to the best of their ability, they can be arrested or shot or hung on sight.

Fully inform them and the Local Sheriffs. Post this Notice. Give it to any and all politicians and local officials.
