I wonder. No "weapon" forged against you will prevail... will prayers only work on a man made weapon of a storm but not natural ones because it's God's way of cleansing something.
prayers can't be against the will of God. however..
1 Kings 17:1: "And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word."
and it didnt rain for years. so it doesnt need to be against a weapon.

I can testify that this does work and does require a special level of faith and reason to pray this.
