4.a. government contractors[select] over charge for their deliveries.
4.b. DEI hires can be put in for decades if you keep the line-item open.[ follow procedure of course]
SO, I do not think it is a slush fund .... it is the BASIS for creating slushfunds.
That's a good analysis. I know about the first 4. I have seen them. #5, I am not familiar with.
Well B-D, I think that PDJT is going to UPSET the FEMA apple cart quite nicely once he's in office...
WHY do we have FEMA again??? Why can't FEMA funds be allocated to the states and since it is FEDERAL MONEY, that means that there has too be an audit every year the funds are used...NO FUNDS used, NO AUDIT...and with the computer systems we have now, this can be easily tracked and ALSO ANY ABSCONDING OF FUNDS CAN BE FOUND OUT QUICKER DUE TO THE FUNDS BEING MANAGED INSTEAD OF "GIVEN"!!!!!!!
I can see that is another agency that should be on the chopping block
