The people are hurting real bad, FEMA is a joke, most don’t have insurance to cover flood or landslide. Horrific!

There's the problem. FEMA, "we need to get them into THE SYSTEM." It's an emergency and it's in their name. Just government workers with no sense of urgency. Glad regular Americans are there to help.
