My mom has hers, I have looked it over and really it’s just a glorified appointment reminder card - not “proof” of anything.

Yeah, when they came out I just bought some cardstock, downloaded a PDF of the card, and printed out a couple pages of them in the event I ever needed one. Fortunately I didn't.
