A lot of ideas for what should go, but what do we need and not have right now?

Praying for med beds, better school systems, mental health institutions that actually help people including mentally disabled (I went through hell trying to help my mentally ill/disabled brother for 3 years and finally got him placed in a facility that isn’t ideal but he’s safe), state departments that actually help those get on their feet as well as protect children. Less govt garbage facilities. That’s probably the top of my dream list.
