ikr? it is good advice that should be followed here. our problem will be finding reputable news sources to be citing. some of the sources used here a lot are questionable. also note how many "influencers" we have accepted news from later become discredited. please, folks, use discernment always with what information flows here.
I had a dialogue for years with a blog whose commenters hated me for voting Trump. My info was from many sources but the info from sources outside their sphere was categorically rejected. I began restricting myself to only mainstream sources which was the equivalent of tying my hand behind my back and still I beat the crap out of them every day with knowledge and reason.
great going, but mainstream media is no longer a dependable source of information. sadly, what IS a dependable source of information?
There is none. I think we need to be skeptical about everything and use reason to analyze it no matter the source.
