Notice all the Republican Congressional Districts (CD1,2,5,6,9) are out voting DEM CDs (3,4,8,10,11) 377k to 293k with in person voting. Dig Anons Dig!

The correlation between partisan lean and early vote in person totals is 70%. Why are DEM Congressional Districts not early voting? One word... Enthusiasm. Check the betting markets for confirmation.
