IF one reads the preface this started AFTER WWII....Amazing they were thinking that far ahead...HMMMMMM...

Gives one's mind to REALLY comprehend the forethought that was put into this document back then...Which leads me to ask a question:
Were there shenanigans going on after WWII and Korea by the perpetrators (indiviual(s) & teams) in question???????
