This is far from a success story. The doctors did a thyroidectomy anyway. This patient is about to figure out that levothyroxine is the start of the misery of big pharma solutions to the thyroid. Doctors shamefully under treat the thyroid with these synthetic meds because of the risk of heart attacks. The medical community really does not understand T3/T4 and other hormones that make the thyroid function. Why did they bother with the ivermectin if they were going to slice and dice regardless?
Sorry. I don't know it either. The only thing I understand is the thyroid malfunction you could be very sluggish or overheating resulting in either hyper or gain weight.
Most drugs they prescribed are worse than their solutions. They always carry a lot of side effects.
Main function of thyroid is hormone production, and the ingredient it needs in largest quantities is iodide (iodine). I have a strong suspicion that the use of bromine (which the thyroid can mistake for iodine) is seriously contributing to thyroid problems that also run into liver problems.
Taking an iodide solution in the morning would be much better for thyroid function than any anti-parasitic.

Thanks for the info. I don't have a thyroid problem any more but I used to. I used to have low thyroid.
