My global headquarters are in Germany. When they get sick, which is quite regularly, they call it COVID vacation. Most if not all are fully vaxxed and boosted along with the rest of my company, (50k ish) globally. The unvaxxed from my understanding is around 2%, of which I'm glad I'm a member.
