Once the Military Alliance was formed it was game over! From what I understand from the Capitulation Tour; that the Russian, American and Chinese Militaries decided that the Global Elite's rule using money and blackmail would no longer be tolerated; and that their millenial reign of the world, by using psyops to send innocent, well intentioned young men to die in their made up wars was coming to an end!
