They're not trying to block or hack starlink here, that is not what the this is about. Musk is petitioning the FCC to open a portion of the electromagnetic spectrum to allow starlink satellites to provide faster internet and stronger direct to cell services. The FCC needs an excuse that the satellites are interfering with existing satellite communications comma something that would give them the opportunity to block starlink and Elon Musk
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."
Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution
Everyone here seems to think treason is something it is legally not.
I'd love to see even 1% of these idiots charged with treason. However - that would be idiotic since the charges would almost never stick and they would go free. Kind of like insisting on charging someone with murder 1 when the charge should be manslaughter, and when they are found not guilty of murder 1 they go free.
How is this NOT treason?
Intentional disruption of a national advancement, removing emergency services from a nation crippled by hurricanes
Rope. Lots and lots of rope
