I was hoping someone would bring up the appropriate Law of War manual section numbers. I would also point out Majic Eyes specifically detailed the sections 81 & 82 under 10 USC 881; if anyone conspires under offenses in that chapter then they all can be punished as a court martial may direct. If the conspiracy results in a death by any of the victims, then the penalty may include death.

Note that if a conspirator abandons or withdraws from the conspiracy, they are only liable for elements up to that point.

Sure sounds like turning yourself in as soon as possible is in your best interest. Even if a death has resulted, I'm thinking 80+ million second amendment citizens aren't gonna be too happy their loved ones went through chemo and still died all while someone knew ivermectin/fenbendazole could have saved them but said NOTHING.
