I think Alex Jones did this with Adobe back in 2006-07 time frame.

it was on Drudge and WND back then too...

and the green birth certificate was the 2nd one they put out (2011 ish). the first one was even more ridiculous.

I showed co-worker it had layers using Adobe back then... No on cared because they wanted to prove they weren't racist by voting for a half-black man.
