My guess is that unpasteurized milk contains all of the minerals, vitamins, and bacteria needed to establish your micro biome and gut health.

I need to get some raw milk. My gut health has been destroyed for years due to antibiotics and whatever else garbage they put in our food.

Is it hard to get unpasteurized milk?

You need to live near the Amish or have a milk cow pretty much,unpasteurized milk gets shut down by globalhomo fast.
