I'm not sure. I've known about pizzagate from 2016 when Podesta's emails were released. I don't recall pizza BOX but I'm sure it's a code. Most likely a dead child if I had to guess.

The way i see it is I can tell who eats pizza in my neighbourhood by looking in the recycling.

How do you hide that you eat pizza? You hide the pizza boxes. The pizzas long gone.
