The Four-Star General is probably Milley, and yes, Milley broke the Law by not following the CIC orders! He made phone calls to the CCP Generals after President Trump gave him orders! He should be brought up on Charges, court-martialed, and placed in Federal prison for the rest of his life! A woke Traitor in the first degree!
