If you follow aviation news Boeing has taken every short cut available... including P.Diddying whistle blowers... Boeing just straight up killed them and didn't play with them first.
The new planes won't survive long term use in assembly of fuselage. Documents for removing door plug call for it to be verified if taken on for process A, but does not mention verification of bolts for process B.
People from Boeing going back to the MD's merger have said they put safety aside for profit.
Their Strainer also failed to perform.
Simply put Boeing went woke... and every thing broke.
Contrast modern Boeing Designs with their older designs like the B-52. With some B-52 Airframes going on 50-60 years of active service albeit with repeated upgrades and refurbishment. But at their core they’re still the same Aircraft that started rolling off Assembly lines in the 1950s.
And they’re predicted to remain into service well into the 2050s. It’s actually disheartening the drop in quality.
It is at this point the 1911 of Military Aircraft. Stubbornly hanging on as literally everything changes around it.
