I think that’s why they are so anxious to give out the Obamaphones to homeless before elections. They use the data to create voters……voters who will not vote…….so they vote for them.
Homeless people frequently use homeless shelters as their address when getting registered to vote. It is 100% legal.
I'm sure that there are groups that routinely go around to homeless shelters and walk them through how they can get registered to vote.
I understand the concern that homeless people might be manipulated by those groups.
If Republican election officials aren't routinely checking on things like that in their districts, then they really should step down and get some competent people in there.
