Plausible deniability. Who holds the strings to those coming out in droves to support Harris knowing what a horrible person and candidate she is? Who holds the strings to the incarcerated who holds all those strings? What law enforcement agency is powerful enough to hold the strings to the incarcerated forcing the pulling of all the strings? I wonder who is watching it all play out and if they really do have everything?
