I sense a rumbling in the distance frens. HR consultants have adopted a new term, "Professional Anonymous Networks"
This might be better known to anons as "open source intelligence" (kek kek kek)
Money quotes:
What could be the death of everything from established media to career counselors is this: the professional anonymous network. They include Blind, Glassdoor, Reddit and Fishbowl.
Their power is growing. Their strength is that those commenting on a situation are experienced in the subject matter, objective and caring. All this is provided free.
This development marks a MAJOR cultural shift, frogs. Don't underestimate it!
After all, not long ago we were told that only crazy conspiracy theorists post things anonymously online (kekkity kek).
This must be SOOOOOOO confusing for the SJWs and NPCs!
No reflection on OP, and I'm in a grumpy mood today, so I apologize in advance...
Not sure I'd trust that person to offer a compelling analysis.
Glassdoor is heavily manipulated by many, if not most, of the companies in there. It's become difficult to trust anything posted there that's positive - you can maybe trust the negative to a point only because no company would post negative stuff about itself, but you can't overlook the possibility of posting negatives about competitors to try to gain an advantage...
Reddit's essentially become a glorified bot farm with a minority of people still posting. Some of the historical posts are useful if you keep that in mind but it's going to lose more and more utility over time as the bots just keep regurgitating other bots.
I'm not sure any site has a majority of it's postings from humans anymore. Most of the Internet is turning into bots talking to bots, and AI is just going to take that to a level of ridiculousness that's almost unimaginable.
"Jane Genova is a results-driven intuitive coach, tarot reader and content-creator related to careers.". I'd give her a call, but I want someone who is also well-versed in astrology and tea leaf interpretation.
Geez, I may be the only real person on this sight, well anyway I like you bots so I’ll stick around.
Well put and agree.
I'm not sure why this URL has "lead paint" in it...but it's from 2007 about Genova "finding her niche" as a blogger.

Self promoting women holding forth on anything are mainly selling only themselves. Many of us aren't buying.
