I have searched multiple articles and nothing I have read has answered these questions. Houston is kinda a large city. Are people supposed to just drive around looking for this so called rally?

Once her court jesters, I mean musical acts, are finished, everyone leaves and she's back to having a rally with fewer people needed to fill a high school gym.
