How does this stop the post office from using the wrong date stamps on pallets that come in the day after the election or 5 days after the election, Wow look we found another batch that was sent to us before the election.

Our election monitors, observers, supervisors allowed to be in the post offices sorting areas in the swing States with all of the mail in voting fraud that is very well known about just curious if anybody knows the answer to that?
