My mom's great aunt was the first person to get birth control legalized for women because back then women were bread to death and treated worse than the horses on the street. (the humane society fixed that.) My mom fought the drug forfeiture in CA, going up and down the state to help others that had their properties stolen. She won in the fed court, they wanted money anyway and they didn't get it.
