The havoc Hurricane Helene wrought in western North Carolina hasn't stopped Democrats from blocking approval of emergency early voting sites.

I would say that is probably a very likely scenario. Hopefully my neighbors just to the west of me will realize this, especially given the land grab scenario, and Coopers' own words about "some places you won't be able to build back."
