I know...I live in Northern Ill and in the past few years, we have been having extremely dry spring times and its very unusual. We are riddled with lots of windmills. Just think about it...when a basement gets flooded, we get the water out, then put fans in to pull the moisture out of the floors, and dry them out. All a windmill is, is a giant fan.
