My wife is finally starting to come around from the fear of pregnancy. Still could use some help encouraging her. Her OBGYN experiences have traumatized her, and the recent events have caused such distrust for the medical industry she wants to know whether she is medically fit (having endometriosis and a tilted uterus) but has concerns about doctors further trying to cause her fear in her natural abilities.
God Bless you both! All I can say is that pregnancy is natural. It is not to be "feared" per se.
I had endometriosis, which the OBGYNs did not inform me would limit my fertility.
I thought it was just . . . PAIN!
My first child died due to medical errors! No you never get over that! But my living child is delivering any day now! Gott sei Dank! My third child died of ectopic pregnancy due to the endometriosis blocking the pathway. We still had hope for the other side . . . Bottom line, we have one beautiful living child! It is WORTH IT!
Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. I am sorry for your loss but am amazed at your grace through such heart ache. So glad to hear your daughter is thriving as you are.
Guess what, I wanted a dozen children when I was at the age to have a husband and start a family! "Cheaper by the Dozen!" But I grew to age under "feminism" and men were taught to deny their purpose as provider, protector, and head of family. So I had to wait a very long time to find a decent potential husband and father!
Twelve children were not to be. We have to graciously accept the children our dear Lord allows us. But the untimely death of our first child, convinced my husband to be pro-life, for those of us who so much wanted children! were abhorred about the wastage of so many babies by abortion!
Heartbreaking as it might be. We also seriously explored adoption, but by the time my fertility was expired, I was "too old" to be an adoptive mother.
I can attest, that the single aunts and uncles, and childless aunts and uncles, contributed greatly to our extended family!
Be open to any children the Lord Blesses you with!
You dear fren and dear fren's wife, try for the children the dear Lord will bless you with! That is all we can do!
I struggled with endometriosis and a tilted uterus and was able to have 2 children (14 years apart). The biggest relief was going to get chiropractic care. They were not only able to help relieve pain with adjustments but help get vitamins and minerals in check. Prayers things work out.
