He knows a person's heart, thoughts and motives. When God sent the flood, He said "mens thoughts were violence constantly" and hit the reset button. If the satanic cabal is indeed destroyed by whitehats, it is because God's hand was in it. Satan will eventually take over the world, but not until God's appointed time, when the time us ripe for the harvest. If the cabal is destroyed in our lifetime, it is only because God's appointed time hasn't come yet.
