It makes perfect sense to me that this election is halted on the 4th due to already exposed fraud. USPS specifically. Then the military orders, runs, and conducts a new paper ballot ID hand counted election.
EarlY votes will be key bc they prove he is winning. Perhaps it takes 10 days to print the ballots?
