While this video clip is great to show it also omits several things. Number 1 Bush Jr reads the note as Laura opens it, immediately gets tense and keeps his eyes forward, never glancing at Jen as he is shown the letter. Secondly, Carter did not receive a note. Third there were 2 secret service men directly behind Bush family who never took their eyes off Junior, not once.

I also noticed that only the women (their wives) got the envelope, or at least was handling the envelopes.
