An email to me from someone I know who is on-site said what this lady has posted and to support this group:

Www.Judgesrescue.org.

I never heard of them but this lady is a patriot that travels the world doing humanitarian rescue and has been on some podcasts that many of us have listened to the past 4 years fighting.
