""For too long, a small group in our nation's capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost. Washington flourished, but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered but the jobs left and the factories closed…
The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country. Their victories have not been your victories their triumphs have not been your triumphs. And while they celebrated in our nation's capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land…
That all changes starting right here. And right now, because this moment is your moment. It belongs to you. What truly matters is not which party controls our government, but whether our government is controlled by the people. We are not merely transferring power from one administration to another or from one party to another. But we are transferring power from Washington DC, and giving it back to you the people. You came by the tens of millions to become part of a historic movement, the likes of which the world has never seen before…
Our nation is in decline our Enemies are desperate to stop us because they know that we are the only ones who can stop them. They know that But they're not coming after me they're coming after you and I'm just standing in their way. That's all I'm doing. I'm standing in their way…
And that's why I'm here today. That's why I'm standing before you because we are going to finish what we started. We started something that is a miracle.
We're going to complete the mission. We're going to see this battle through to ultimate victory. We're going to make America great again."
I couldn't be prouder to have been part of the MAGA movement all these years. Let's see through this. Let's win."
I loved that speech and was so surprised that NO ONE talked about it. When i woke up in 2020, I realized why there was silence. Powerful words, powerful message. I've always thought this speech is as great as the Declaration of independence or Gettysburg address.
