Russia to get Alaska, West Canada, China to get East Canada and the balance. The agreement was to conquer from within, to pit America against itself. Upon the Civil war the agreement also included the Cartels whom would rape and pillage the leftovers. Then, the Chinese invasion would take place of the most fertile land in the world.
