None of the agencies are necessary. IRS eliminated with a flat Federal sales tax. CIA eliminated with Military Intelligence that DOES NOT SPY ON it's own citizens, FBI eliminated PERIOD. They are only needed now to cover up the crimes of politicians and the elite. The Federal Reserve eliminated for a currency CONTROLLED by the the Government and NOT by the Banking Cartels!
