At this point I think Trump has enough for a Senate super majority and will implement the Q initiatives through The House and Senate (Power to the People - Killing the fed, End human trafficking et al).

It is possible the military can pull out of the fiat scheme once the Fed is ended with crypto and tariffs (per Trump) after unleashing technology that has been hidden from through world through players like Musk.

Q didn't tell us how these cancers on the world would be corrected, more brought them to the light, and said there was a plan.
