What if after Trump wins DECISIVELY tomorrow and in order to really screw things up, Joe resigns and Kamala is made the president....

Then she would have to choose a VP who would certify the election.... But that VP would have to be approved by congress....which could take a while

Kamala herself could decline to certify the election. That would really spice things up.
