Preferably get approved through Congress but if not an executive order would do for now any public opinion polling company including the MSM must be insured for one million with a million dollar Bond. This will stop the voter suppression polls it would be simple set up a percentage say 5% plus or minus if you're off by more than that your bond can be held and you can be sued...
