Today in Oklahoma- at my polling place- I had a man sitting at a desk- filling out a new registration form-- then the clerk said, " Conrats on voting, here is your ballot- she never looked at his ID/DL.. nothing just thank you for registering to vote- it was interesting to me since he was a newbie
