It's 1:20 A.M. and a convoy of box trucks with police escort are entering Philadelphia city commissioners office and election warehouse. Pole workers are leaving as shift change is happening.

They were already delivering boxes in Detroit at 11pm. Also the "gas leaks" and bomb threats this morning. It's like they moved up their timeline for everything today.
