She will speak tomorrow Whether she concedes is another story. Hillary never did either, for that matter I don't think Trump ever did as well. (For good reasons) Of course, hillary went on to claim Russians interfered. Trump and all america knew 2020 was stolen.

And yes Dems were openly talking of not certifying Trump if he won before tonite. Tomorrow is another day.
