Some historically Dem demographics had lower turnouts:

urban voters
women

Do you believe it? Or were they trying to explain how the total popular vote is lower than in 2020?

Nearly 30M less total votes than 2020. That's a lot of missing mail ballot fraud plus looks like the illegals didn't help much after all.
