Somewhat of a movie spoiler below.

This board is the one that recommended the first Kingsman movie as a hint to what the government does. I ended up watching the sequel first instead.

Well, the sequel is also pre-COVID. It’s basically the plot of a drug mogul that creates a virus and a cure for the same virus. Then blackmails the world and the US president to buy the cure and other conditions.

The twist is, just as in South Park, the president doesn’t want the cure because of what kind of people the virus os affecting.

I think in real life Trump was expected to be anti-Vax and this would have played out similar.

Bill Gates would provide the “cure for COVID”, and Trump would block access to it or refuse to pay up, exposing him as anti-humanity like the president in the movie.

What a tough position considering the side effects, and knowledge it doesn’t even work.
