Bigly edited, probably a story he tells with that line taken out of context. All Trump does is tell everyone to get out and vote, at rallies, on his Truth feed..

This is what these loser do, they take a small clip of something Trump said, and then add their own made-up context, and the sheep lap it up, hook, line, and sinker.
