PA has been sitting at 98% counted since about 3:00PM on Nov. 6. What the hell is going on? (media.greatawakening.win)

It's mostly remaining Cambria county votes. That's the county that had machine issues on the 5th, so they are counting provisional ballots by hand. Apparently it takes a long time to do. It's a heavily R leaning county and game day votes will be mostly R. So it does appear McCormick should win by at least the margin he currently holds.

Probably military ballots as well - damn near every state counts them last.
