Its november. That pick looks like summer.
In fairness...the tree in the shot is just starting to change colors (normal for DC, leaves don't turn to fall colors until late Oct/early Nov), plus here in the DC area today, it's in the friggin' mid 80s.
It's been unseasonably warm on the East Coast. The trees don't seem to know whether to stay green, or turn orange and red.
Unseasonably warm everywhere.
