Forget drugs. I'm convinced that wasn't Biden. His face was too fat, he was coherent, he didn't stumble over his words OR his feet. And is it just me or did his hairline look hinky? I'm actually looking forward to the screaming from the lefties. After watching that speech, there are going to be a lot (and I mean A LOT) of questions as to why he was replaced by Kamablahblah.
