Man! I knew I recognized this name the moment I saw it. In college we read a book called "The Omnivore's Dilemma" and Salatin was interviewed in that book. I remember even from back then him saying, "I'm not a cattle rancher but a grass farmer." He then explained how corn fed cow stomach's have to increase E.Coli bacteria in order to breakdown the corn which is much harder than grass and that is why when the rain hits all their patties it runs E.Coli into the irrigation pond and that is how we get contaminated vegetables at market. Cows aren't meant to eat corn. So whenever you see "Corn fed beef." That's like saying "100% Saw dust soup"
