Can they be removed since the judgments have been levied? And if they can't be removed, how will they affect him? The whole lawfare was illegal, after all.

I am pretty sure that, a person can not be, legally confirmed to Felon status until. AFTER the actual sentencing and that sentencing has been tossed. Legal People kept mentioning that over the last few months but, the info never stuck for many.
You’re right, a person is not considered a felon until after they are sentenced. Additionally, if the NY Judge uses Presidential Immunity as an escape hatch, the case is completely dismissed.
